Due to COVID-19, we are currently being advised by our courier partners that there may be delays to international shipments. We are currently experiencing delays mostly to China and Italy; however, the ongoing spread of COVID-19 is leading to delays worldwide and the effects of which are still unknown. How Much Does Shipping Cost Per Box?
Shipping to the UK is free. For international shipping rates it is variable depending your country area.
When Will I Receive My Subscription Box?
The Ma Nanny & Moi box is dispatched around the middle of each month, between the 5th and 15th working day of the month. You will be notified of any delays in advance. Once the shipping process has started, delivery usually takes around 3 working days. When your box has shipped, you will receive a notification email to advise that it is on its way.

Can I Cancel My Subscription Box After It Has Been Shipped?
You can. However, you will need to return the box that has already been shipped to us when it arrives in order to get a refund. It needs to be returned in the condition it was shipped in. We will process refunds 30 days after the transaction was initiated.
Something Is Damaged In My Box. What Do I Do?
We’re sorry something has arrived damaged. Please get in touch with us here and we’ll get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

My Box Never Arrived. What Now?
Please note that shipping times given are only estimates and delivery may occasionally take longer than expected. If you have received your dispatch notification email and you still have not received your box within seven days, please contact us.
Can I Return My Box Once I have Received it?
You can return your box to us by following our returns procedure. However, if something is wrong, we’re always happy to help. Please contact us and we will do our best to be of assistance.
